How do I get started with NUVAsuite?

Your new account will be created within 1 business day of signup. You will receive an email with a basic questionnaire so that your account can be customized to you. Afterward, one of our integration specialists will contact you to setup your initial training session. Every membership includes FREE and UNLIMITED Training, Onboarding, and Support. In addition to self-paced training videos and articles on our support portal available 24/7. We also offer one-one training sessions delivered in one hour session via online conference call and screencast.

Is it easy to learn?

We built NUVAsuite from the ground up with ease of use in mind.  We strive to deliver a solution that is contemporary, user friendly, and intuitive. Coupled with our unlimited live and self-paced training you should have no problem getting up and running on NUVAsuite in no time.

Are there usage limitations?

At NUVAsuite we believe that usage limits stifle growth. We don’t believe any practice should be held back from achieving their success just because they can’t yet afford the next plan up. That’s why we designed NUVAsuite to be all inclusive. There are no additional fees for users, services, or support. Just one affordable monthly price.

What data can I transfer to NUVAsuite?

The migration of your patients’ demographic information is guaranteed, including your patients total outstanding balance amount. To ensure the timely transfer of your data it is best if your data is provided in in a CSV File format. However, if your data cannot be provided in that format, we do have other options available on a case-by-case basis. Due to numerous factors, we are unable to import SOAP note data or prior patient billing data. Although if you have SOAP note PDFs or Documents, they can be uploaded to the patients record as needed.

Is NUVAsuite secure?

In today’s world, security is an important issue.  Our solution is built with the newest technologies and is hosted with Microsoft Azure.  This allows us to deliver a fully HIPAA compliant and secure environment for your data.  That way you will never have to worry about maintaining a secure server and backing up your data again.

Is there a contract?

A strong belief here at NUVAsuite is that our software’s features, ability, ease of use, and price should make you want to stay. If that is not the case than we won’t rely on long term contracts to force, you to stay with us. Since that is such a strong belief of ours, we offer NUVAsuite on a month-to-month basis where you can cancel at any time without any cancellations or early termination fees.  

How do I train new users?

Our whole goal here is to make things easy! So, why would we burden you with training your staff. Aren’t you busy enough?

Do I have to buy 3rd party solutions?

Part of our mission is to deliver an all-inclusive and fully integrated practice management system for chiropractors. That’s why we have designed and built our solution 100% in-house from the ground up. Our solution is designed to be fully functional without the purchase of costly third-party solutions. Since NUVAsuite is not a payment processor or clearinghouse, to get the full benefits of our soultion we highly recommend you use our native and fully built-in integrations with office ally and Fortis. While these integrations grant you the full benefits that NUVAsuite offers, it is possible to use our system without these integrations. For Additional flexibility we have we have integrated with some other industry leaders as well, although those too are optional.

How long does it take to get up and running?

Simplicity and ease of use is at the core of our design. Therefore, getting up and running on NUVAsuite is easy. First, there is no software or hardware to install since we are 100% cloud based just open a web browser and login, that’s it. Second you have unlimited free training, both live and self-paced. Finally, simply upload CSV files to import your data. Due to this, we have found that our users are up and running within their first week and proficient within their first 30 days.

What happens to my patient data if I cancel?

We hate to even talk about you leaving, however, in the very sad circumstances you choose NUVAsuite is not right for you. It is our believe your data is your data and you can simply request a copy of your account. We will generate human readable files of your account data. Such as your patient demographics, billing, appointment, insurance, and case history as well as your SOAP notes. These files are usually provided in CSV or PDF Format. *See our terms of service for details.

Can NUVAsuite handle Multiple Disciplines?

ABSOLUTELY! We designed NUVAsuite to be flexible in order to meet your practices needs. Each Provider seeing patients will have their own soap notes, treatment plans, Diagnoses and treatments. You don’t have to worry about sharing SOAP notes or overwriting each other’s data. Additionally, each provider can bill for their services separately as well!

Can I keep paper copies of my HCFA forms?

Sure! While NUVAsuite is designed to go paperless and does not require the exporting of HCFA forms. We do allow HCFA 1500 forms to be Printed or saved to a PDF both with the HCFA form background and as a data only file. So, you can keep a paper history of your claims should you desire.

What do i need to run NUVAsuite?

Remember simplicity is our mainstay. All you need to run NUVAsuite is a computer or tablet with access to a web browser and a decent internet connection. That’s it. That means there is no need for local servers, or data storage, or complicated internal networks. Any computer, tablet or smart device cable of connecting to the internet and web browser can run NUVAsuite.
